- Complimentary shipping across metro cities, delivered in 1–2 working days.
- Remote locations may attract additional charges (up to Rs. 5,000) — please check your pincode with us before ordering.
- All orders are fully insured in transit.
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link, and our delivery partner will coordinate the handover directly with you.
- For security, we may request a valid ID; the parcel is handed only to the named person.
- Please inspect your parcel before signing for it, and report any tampering or loss to us immediately.
- Shipments cannot be rerouted once dispatched.

- Can't drop your item at a Geora location? Request a reverse pick-up.
- Rs. 1,000 for metro cities; actual cost (up to Rs. 5,000) for remote locations.

- We ship to the USA, UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada; other destinations depend on partner availability.
- Transit usually takes 7–10 working days.
- Minimum order value of ₹1,00,000 (approx. $1,170) applies.
- Secured shipping charges range from US$175–300, plus customs/import duties of 10–50% by country.
- International shipments are fully insured, but non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
